termsof service

Interdimensional Television (tv.lol) is an invite-only shared watch room. Everyone in the room sees the same stream. Invited signed-in users may send a short prompt for the next 30 seconds, and may chat in the room. The latest prompt for that slot owns the overlay. The station keeps the cast, look, and host; prompts do not rewrite Ada or the recurring cast.

There is no payment. Channel switches are free for invited accounts. Legacy payment records, if any, remain with Stripe as required for taxes and disputes from the earlier auction.

Profanity, slurs, hate symbols, sexual content, harassment, illegal material, and scams are not tolerated in prompts or chat. Attempts to recast the host, rewrite the station cast, or jailbreak the compile path are rejected.

We may remove, hide, edit, or replace any content at any time, with or without notice — including content that already passed automated checks. Repeated or severe violations may result in loss of access.

A winning overlay may air on the shared channel for that minute. Minutes pass; we do not promise permanent archive of every prompt. The honest carve-outs for removal: content removed under the rules above; technical failure; and actions required by law.

You keep ownership of prompts and chat you submit. You grant Interdimensional Television a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to render, display, reproduce, and archive your contribution as part of operating and promoting the channel. You warrant that you have the rights to what you submit. The station cast, host, and look remain ours.

The channel is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interdimensional Television is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
